  Went into Sally's for the first time this morning. Was greeted with an extremely nice, knowledgeable sales women who helped me to get exactly what I needed. Took the time to explain each step and dumbed it down for me so I understood. Left feeling confident and was told to call anytime if I stumbled or forgot anything in the process for my hair care.

  Ok just want to update...had a great first experience...but have been going in repeatedly the last month and a half and have had very bad advice from “Janice”. Not once have the products done what she has advised!!! Very unhappy with this experience.

  I recently spoke to an employee at this store location over the phone about applying a promo code on a purchase that I had made at the North Vancouver store location. The employee at the Pitt Meadows location refused to apply the promo code, despite me already speaking with the North Vancouver store location's manager who said that their store would honor it. Safe to say that the customer service experience I received over the phone was extremely disappointing!

  Sally beauty. Your not professionals don't offer advice. Instead of your employee saying she didn't know something she told me what to buy which totalled $40 = fair. No. This mistake which my stylist at Kats hair is well aware of cost me $350 to fix. Called them, they said a manager would call me. Never called. And I'm out over $400.. livid. Hoping they get in contact with me soon before I take it to social media
