These guys are THE WORST! How do I give a Zero Star review? They promise a safe storage of all our worldly possessions in their "secure facility" then a pipe bursts and 30 lockers get flooded, and rather than apologizing they demand that we come immediately to remove our soaked stuff. They refuse to deliver it and the owner (Jeremy) is acting like it is our fault and chastising us for not having insurance!

By the way, I am taking them to court for breach of contract. Please reply to this post if you want to join me.

Sadly to say this was my first time using this company ,I will not be recommending it to anyone as it was very frustrating ,very bad customer service and the fact that you really need to double check all the withdrawal moving is stressful enough

Do not use this storage! I received a phone call from the owner, on Monday that "on Saturday we had a flood and your pod is soaked, come and take it on Wednesday at the time I say, you cannot come to see it, you cannot come earlier, just come on Wednesday and take it and we will not deliver! " This is while it was the main part of the service that they pickup and deliver your container, otherwise why would I get a storage in Pitt Meadows when I live in downtown! The flood was due to their negligence of hitting the sprinkler by a moving box.

Great storage place. The staff was friendly and they came and picked up our things from our parents property when they moved out.

Their containers are crappy too. My plastic boxes were filled with water to the top of them and the water brought in black dirt from dirty containers so all the papers, clothing, toys are wet and black and due to the late access, they are all stinky too. All furniture completely ruined too. Everything gone and instead of trying to help and show some sympathy, the owner Jeff was super rude, insulting me on the fact that I didn't have insurance and trying to blame me! How shameless! these kinds of people should not be allowed to run a business... I don't have insurance because when they want to get your business, they are acting very nice and cooperative. The other owner Jeremy told me that I am running this business for 30 years and with no incident... Then when they get your business they don't want to honor the free delivery! Scammers!!!

I recommend going ANYWHERE else... you'd be better off leaving your stuff on the street.

I had stored my belongings at the maple ridge, pitt meadows location for a year and when I went back to check all my payment the did not give me the 1/2 mth off until I brought it to there attention and before I even decided to take a second storage made sure that I questioned the same day delivery of both unit at that time they had told me this would not be a problem ,but when it came time for my moving day they charged be extra to have them come at to different times on top of the $50 for each unit and I had ask why and ,they told me it was there policy ,yet when I went back and doubled check the contact /policy there was nothing in it stating anything about having to pay extra for delivery of 2nd unit at separate or same time , the worst part is both unit were delivered at the same time and ,together on the same truck I was happy to have them at the same time but not for the fact that they charged me for this to be separate and the bins (FYI the units were not picked up until the next day as the driver was running behind but he did call to ask if this would be ok) .I have found Jeff to be unprofessional as when I asked to speak with him, the reception said she would pass on the message and then a couple of hours later it was her calling me back not him.

So, if you want to pay someone $88 a month to trash your stuff, then demand you come and remove it (from Pitt Meadows) right away, you've found the right place... ask from Jeremy, he'll make sure it gets nice and wet and then be rude to you while offering no help.

Flood damage to everything I own - and they did NOTHING! Monday morning I got a message asking for a call back immediately, which I did, yet they did not return my call until the following day to say there was a flood and all my belongings were damaged. I guess their vacation day was more important than informing me of the issue. When I found out what happened I asked what the options were and basically was told that the owner was not prepared to do anything, that he doesn't feel it is his responsibility/not his problem but mine, and I just need to come get my stuff out so he can wash his hands of the whole mess. This happened to a total of 30 containers and when asked to be accountable he is rude and swears at the customers. He kept saying it's my insurance's problem except because they moved my stuff to another location without telling me insurance wouldn't cover it! How about at least offer to put the stuff into a DRY container to move it as per the contract which states that you agree to deliver the stuff to the location of my choice? Or pay for the cost to have it moved to a safe place. I would expect an established business to at least apologize and say they are doing everything they can to move the boxes to a safe dry space until such a time that we can make arrangements to prevent further damage but instead I got told to get it out of there as soon as possible... Except, by the way, They need at least a day or two notice to make the unit available!!
