  Small. Limited shopping options. Usually good parking. Wheelchair access. Easy to find and quick to get in and out.

  Thus mall had an outside uograde this past year it looks amazing. The shop keepers there are very friendly

  It's a junction with lots of different buisnesses. The do have a wonderful sushi place hidden in the back just before Roosters and they have a small Hollywood 3 theater.

  Small suburban shopping center. There is a smaller sized Save On Foods, a good sized Shoppers Drug Mart. Walk in medical clinic , Starbucks, McDonald's, a Fish and Chips joint, small movie theater, insurance office...

  Just started coming here since the tolls were removed on the Golden Ears bridge. I live in Walnut Grove and it's actually faster to come here than to shop in Langley. Great selection and not too busy.
