  Went in to exchange a broken item I got from another store. This location was the only one that had it in stock. When the manager heard about my situation, they didn't bother to look in the back and said they are out of stock and that there's an inventory error so that's why it was showing they have it in stock. Called the Coquitlam location shortly and was advised the Pitt Meadows store had 3 of said item in stock.

  So went to find night stands they didn't have the ones we wanted but happily called the other store for us not only that but wanted laundry baskets with the white tops I am a little picky with scuffs the girl that helped me got a ladder and pulled them all down for me her name was Rain she didn't complain one bit lovely girl nice to see great customer service Thanks Rain ❤️ They are perfect

  Bought a mattress from here and it is the best sleep I've had in years. A young red head helped me decide which one to get, and she also pointed out an amazing memory foam pillow which has nearly completely gotten rid of my neck pain. Excellent customer service from not only her but the boys who helped load it into my car. It was quick, easy, and friendly! Recommended!

  Essentially I was lied to because they didn't want a defective unit in their possession. and proceeded to tell me i'm "SOL" that I had received a defective item and would have to go to the original store (in Richmond) to return it, as they don't want to take a "hit" to their daily sales. Manager didn't care to help or bother to apologise. Horrendous customer service.
