    Absolutely disgusting. Shame I can't give them half a star, or a quarter of a star. Even a single star is way beyond them

    I can't get a new debit card with the tap and pay option until 2020, because they don't want me to throw away my old card, as it will end up in a landfill and that's bad for the environment. Yes it's only 2 years away, but I've already been waiting some years since I got that trash reasoning. Why the heck would I throw away an old card with my personal info on it?

    Take your money elsewhere. If it weren't so much work, I'd have left this bank years ago. Terrible service, terrible staff, I'm positive I've been lied to multiple times just because the lady didn't want to explain a question, or get up from her chair.
