  I have only had good experiences. They have recommended service a few times, on one occasion for an oxygen sensor - and I was advised that while they would be happy to replace it for me, if I felt a bit handy, I could replace it relatively easily by myself with a part from Lordco or similar for less than 1/4 of the price.

  Had a great experience buying my new truck from here. Mark was my salesmen and he didn't try to push my to buy something I didn't want. Gave me a great deal on my trade in. Would for sure come here again.

  I would feel comfortable trusting then if (when) they tell me that I need major service. I'll still do some research to be sure it makes sense, but overall I feel like I can trust the service department.

  The point is, I feel like they aren't trying to take advantage of my ignorance about cars to upsell stuff I don't need. They do upsell products and services, but I've felt that the pitch has always been honest, and I've never felt pressured, even when I've said no.
