  I used this law firm for a business contract and possible litigation. It was fine at the beginning. My lawyer moved to another law firm, but never actually finished the final draft. THey have my CC on file and I told them to use to pay the bill. I did not realized that my lawyer quit, I remember receiving a reminder a pay my bill. I told them to use the CC on file. I forgot about everything and a year later the firm send me a serving papers. First, my lawyer did not finish everything. Instead of reminding me to pay the bill they serve me the papers. I have used my lawyers in the past and have paid over 250K for the last 7 years. This is the first time I have received a serving papers for bills that I owe and would have paid if there was a reminder or if my lawyer was still there he would have reminded me. THIS is the worst firm to treat their customers. Please use other firm that have better customer service. It is ridiculous. I will obviously pay the bill, but to actually serve papers to pay the bill. This is a first for me. If you want less headache STAY away from Becker & Co. My lawyer was Mr. Mollena and he left the firm. I would definitely use the same lawyer, but never use this firm once again.
